Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping Rates and Methods
All U.S. orders inside the continental United States are charged a flat rate of $12.95 for shipping.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. For standard shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days (if not sooner). Any delays in this arise from a backorder situation. If an item is out of stock and will not be available in 30 days, you will receive written notice. You may then choose to change, cancel, or wait for your order. Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together (however, you are only billed one shipping charge per order). We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Hotels at this time.
Restricted Shipping
Certain items in our catalog are not available for Rush delivery due to oversized dimensions. These items will be noted as GROUND SHIPPING ONLY.
Non-Continental State Orders
All orders shipping to non-continental states (Alaska & Hawaii) will ship via UPS 2nd Day and are charged an additional $19.99 for shipping and handling on top of the standard $12.95. These items are unavailable for standard shipping. Restricted Items marked as GROUND SHIPPING ONLY are unable to ship outside of the Continental United States.
Non-Continental Territory Orders
UPS is no longer able to ship our SurePost packages to APO or FPO. We apologize for any inconvienence this may cause.
U.S. territories Puerto Rico & Guam will ship via UPS 2nd Day and are charged an additional $19.99 for shipping and handling on top of the standard $12.95. These items are unavailable for standard shipping. Orders containing multiple items will be combined whenever possible. Orders that contain an item on back order will be held until the item is in stock and the order can be shipped in completion.Restricted Items marked as GROUND SHIPPING ONLY are unable to ship outside of the Continental United States.
Rush Service
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. You can order Rush shipping for an additional $19.99. With our Rush shipping service, you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days. Please note that Rush Service is not available with any order that contains an item noted as GROUND SHIPPING ONLY. Rush Shipping is only available in the continental United States.
All International Orders
International orders (Canada) containing multiple items will be combined whenever possible. Orders that contain an item on back order will be held until the item is in stock and the order can be shipped in completion. Items noted as GROUND SHIPPING ONLY are only available in the continental 48 states.
It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any merchandise restrictions for their local area. A restocking fee will be charged if an order was refused by the customer at delivery for reasons other than damaged merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For all international shipments the customer is responsible for duties/taxes upon delivery.
Canada Orders
All Canadian orders are charged a flat rate of $39.95 for shipping and handling (Some restrictions may apply). You should expect to receive your item in 2-5 business days.
In addition, some areas may be subject to UPS Extended Area surcharges. To see if your area is considered an Extended Area, please reference the International Surcharge section on UPS.com. If your postal code is in the UPS Extended Area, you will be charged an additional $15 once the order is shipped.
Mexico Orders
At this time, we are unable to ship to Mexico.
